WET APPLICATION

FOR BEST RESULTS, APPLY DECALS IN DRY ENVIRONMENT WITH TEMPERATURE AT LEAST 55 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

STEP 1: Surface Prep
Clean the area thoroughly with our decal preparation spray. If you don’t have our prep spray, you can use isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Do not use Windex or similar products because most of these products are ammonia based and it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering correctly or cause air bubbles. Be sure to remove all wax, shine, or oil residue from your surface before application. Make sure that the surface is completely dry before moving onto step 2.

STEP 2: Sticker Prep
Prepare the sticker for application by firmly rubbing a squeegee or credit card across the transfer tape. This removes any air bubbles that may have formed during shipping and makes the sticker cling to the transfer tape.

STEP 3: Peel Away
Lay your decal face down and peel the white grid paper backing off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the paper backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.

STEP 4: Application Spray
Wet the surface of the vehicle generously with our application spray. Our application spray is meant to rapidly adhere your decal to the surface while also allowing you to slide your decal into the perfect position before its adhes
ion process begins. If you don’t use enough application spray the decal will not be able to move and the adhesion process will start taking place.

Don’t be scared, USE A LOT OF APPLICATION SPRAY!

STEP 5: Place
Line your decal up to where you want it. Apply decal. Make sure to focus on placement of the decal immediately before the adhesion process is begins.

STEP 6: Squeegee
Once perfect placement is complete, use a squeegee and microfiber towel to remove all excess application spray from under the decal. Pushing all fluid and bubbles to the outsides of the transfer tape. Push gently making sure you do not move your decal out of place.

STEP 7: Blow Dryer/Heat Gun
Use a blow dryer or heat gun to dry up any application spray that was unable to be removed with squeegee or credit card. Don’t overdo it. It will melt the vinyl and cause warping of the design. Let decal dry for 5-10 minutes. Cooler temperatures require more drying time.

STEP 8: Remove Transfer Tape
Once the transfer tape seems dry and starts naturally loosening from the surface and decal, spray application fluid on the top of the transfer tape. Wet the entire surface of the tape. Slowly pull back wet transfer tape flat against the surface making sure that no part of the decal moves from your surface. If you notice moving of your decal, there is still too much application spray under the decal. Slowly place transfer tape with decal back down on surface and repeat step 6 and 7.

STEP 9: Finishing Touches
Now that you’ve removed transfer tape and your decal looks great. Make sure it’s totally dry of application fluid. Use a blow dryer or heat gun to get any air bubbles or fluid out from the decal. Be extra careful as the freshly applied decal can still be in the adhesion process. If there’s any extra overhang of the decal you can now use a razor blade to trim door seams and/or tuck around the edges. G
ive it time to dry before you drive.

STEP 10: Admire your freshly installed decal.
